Okay mine would be the opposite of an ideal routine: Up early, lie in bed for 30-40 mins checking nostr or other legacy social media, make some coffee, have some fruits for breakfast, go for an hour of walk/run, start working.

Is it? Looks great to not have to rush and stress in the morning, take your time but do set a goal. Sounds great, can’t integrate this into my lifestyle unfortunately

I do have a lot of work in the morning, and I’m always under-sleeping, it’s just that my eyes open at like 6 and then I can’t sleep anymore.
