This is based on the fact that not every environment has access to the totality of food sources that an industrial country does.

There are micro nutrients that are definitely hard to pick up if not eating animal products at all (vegetarianism is much easier than veganism) but if you have access to the entire food supply chain, you 100% do not need UPF.

I shared Price’s first hand account where he discovered in all corners of the world animal nutrients are required to pass on your genes.

You are free to undertake an experiment on yourself at your own risk, of course. Your hypothesis flies against millennia of humans surviving thanks to animal food.

Good luck!

I am neither a vegan nor a vegetarian. You don't have millennia of data on a global food network.

My point is that what I said and what you said are not mutually exclusive.

My point is that survival shows humans need animal products. You are claiming otherwise. These are mutually exclusive.

The onus is in you, with your new intervention, to prove otherwise.

That is not really how survival works. Survival shows that animal products are the easiest way, 100%. But we now have the technology to make it work the hard way, by choice.

Data will come with time.
