The M&P is a stupidly reliable piece, but the CZ trigger is "better."

But anyone who complains about triggers is not really someone I'd listen to about defensive weapon use. You will not notice the trigger in defensive use unless you train under EXTREME stress conditions VERY regularly.

Get a shotgun. Train with it. There is no finer close quarters weapon if you do your part.
