I wait for posts , I’m not used to checking pages on Nostr now that I think of it.
Yes, you may be missing a lot of publications.
The reason I ask is that without an algorithm or a repost from me, it's all about timing. If you're just waiting to see the posts in the feed, we'll have to be well synchronized... otherwise, a lot of publications risk going unnoticed.
