Torogoz is our house roast that we always use for espresso in store #coffeechain it's a Centroamericano F1 (Sarchimor T5296 x. Sudan Rumé) Semi-Wash from Villa España estate.
I am currently roasting & brewing beans from your hillside of the Santa Ana volcano. they are wonderful.
