When open communication is mission critical for them to shut down. Well, probably just before since they'd have to preempt their actions. Maybe before elections if things moving the wrong way for them.

That too. A lot less risk though. You have to assume there are enough here and all social media. Its a good thing in a lot of ways. Real criminals need to go away. Problem is when they think having bitcoin makes you a criminal...
