I feel like that's the play here. Make a CBDC, spread it all over the world to monetize the debt, don't let Americans hold it because "we're anti-CBDC".
It's not a CBDC if a central bank doesn't issue it.
It's still a shitcoin & it will have the same ability to censor & control individuals.
