lol yes, it's the first word of the acronym yet it seems that many talk about ADHD focusing on it it as a disease without first reflecting alright about 'attention' itself

I like what Gary Brecka says which is: ADHD isn’t a lack or deficit of attention, it’s the inability to “metabolize” thoughts. Haha.
