Click the ⚙️ and it will take you to the NWC string then just paste that into the Nostr app. I’ve been testing it with Damus and it seems to be working well. 
I have the NWC string but I don't know where to add it in Primal, Ditto or Amethyst.
Primal I don’t think you can use your own wallet. Ditto I’m not familiar with.
Amethyst I think you long press the Zap button on a note to get the menu to come up. I think that’s right, it’s been a awhile since I’ve done it but I remembered it being hard to find and finding it on accident.
Oh,now it worked somehow. Didn't work a few hours ago.
