There are amazing devs working on #cashu. #[1] #[2] #[3] and a bunch more. I’m doing what I can to raise awareness about this awesome (and fun) #bitcoin scaling solution.

So cashu is 1 to 1 backed by bitcoin and no other party have access to those bitcoins?

I was first thinking and confused why you were building shitcoin, but i guess its not like that. 😂

Will look more into it, just to verify and learn. Sounds cool anyway.

No shitcoin building here, sir:). The mint does have full access to the lightning on deposit, so trust is involved but documentation on a trusted mint is being developed. Let me know if you have any questions.

full disclosure :

It is a shitcoin in the sense that it's custodial (not your keys not your coin)

that being said, it has great privacy properties

The mint has full-custody of your #bitcoin, yes. You do have to trust the mint.
