That ain’t the big one. I don’t think the big debt cancellation is going to pass.
They will dangle that carrot for elections.
The case is not connected to the ongoing Student loan debt forgiveness plan introduced by President Joe Biden. Conversely, a Supreme Court ruling on that plan will likely take place at some point in the next two months, according to NBC.

…but I do think it shows the tone of what much of society is asking for and at least expecting to get.
I think the idea of removing student debt because the students didn’t get the jobs they were expecting to get, is something that wouldn’t have even been entertained by a judge 20 years ago
