I am way out of my lane here and probably naive about this but assuming he wins and declared by court the owner of Bitcoin, he would then technically own a million coins, but it would make us all shareholders as well. With a million he would not even own 51%, he'd have no control still to make any changes. He'd be rich probably assuming he even has access to them.

Other parts of the world are not really following this story but i assume there is more to this than just my simple approach

Your mistake is thinking there is a “court”. US courts don’t recognise UK judgements. This is taking place in an irrelevant venue, a UK Court, which has no power outside the UK.
