You don’t necessarily need to learn how to code but you can:

Sponsor a Bitcoin or Nostr project with your time and skills. Find a project you like, contact the devs and ask how you can be of help with your own abilities.

Choose to work in the Bitcoin space. Times are though right now that is pretty clear, but if you can make the jump take it.
