I found this a while ago, and used it frequently. It's a little nutty, but tasty while hot. Having it with butter and preserve, jam or honey. Cold, it's fairly good for salad and meat sandwiches. It's soft and a little chewy, just like a good fresh bread should be. Maybe you'll find it useful.

I say sorta because I made 3 different substitutions based on what we have on hand.

I don't know if anything can live up to the level hype from that author, but it was good.
