I approve this message.
Incandescents are tolerant of voltage fluctuations, and will just briefly brighten or dim instead of "letting the smoke out" like an LED.
I have a stash of them, for when govt mismanagement of our grid here levels up. The big orange "Edison" types are my favs.
i don’t use my lights for very long only at night, only for a few hours so my whole place has incandescent lights!! i love them.
Cant say I agree with the tv option. I’d rather just use some blue light blocking glasses and have the top notch quality. The light’s though 💯
i don’t like having a tv that looks too real. i don’t watch a lot of it.
I’m more opposed to modern sounds than modern light:
- tube TV for theirs high pitched sounds.
- cheap whistling rectifiers in power supplies
- marten repellents
- leaf blowers
- humming generators
