I really don’t hope any of my students aren’t trying to get into Sam’s position on the range this week 😂 that amount of hip/rib cage opening + sidebend is amazing

Need a lot of flexibility & usually strong top hand grip - but basically the more your lower body opens up, your rib cage follows & rule of thumb is amount your ribs open you have to bend to the right.
