Years ago India implemented a tax on goldimports. Quite high.
It was a nice arbitrage for smugglers.
It seems to be still in play.
Same tax on #bitcoin "imports" would make them look like clowns I guess.
Taxes on 12 or 24 English words would really make them look like clowns.
