What’s the best lightning wallet for a static QR code for a non-profit to accept donations?
I thought @strike had something but it doesn’t seem like it ?

Maybe Aqua wallet.
Phoenix wallet has "reusable QR codes", which is basically a Bolt12 offer. It's also fully self custodial.
The trade off is having to pay fees for lightning channel management.
An alternative, which would also work for Strike, is simply making a QR of your lightning address
