Any thoughts about accuracy of diagnosis and actual recognition of a condition as well as surrounding circumstances?

I guess in 1980 when you could not read or write you were simply dumb. Now - well, conditions have different names, dumb is probably one of them.

Also I sit roughly 14 h a day, food, amount of time on front of the tele etc. is probably also a contributor to me being a wreck of a human.

Does it have too much to do with a system though?
