i’ve done 24 hour dry fast. i did not enjoy it nearly as much as a longer fast with water, electrolytes, and coffee

I'm sure it's individual! I'm not much of a coffee drinker, but if I were I think dry fasting would not be much fun.

If I try it, I'll post about it on Nostr.

Body actually requests 1ml per kcal, when fasting it will requests significantly less because it doesn't need water to digest.

However is summer, you are losing more liquids.. I cannot do a fast with 0.5 L water a day.. but when cold outside that's the normal body requirement.( Or even less)
