I'm thinking about repositioning my tech solutions company to be marketing centered. A handful of people are looking for websites, but everyone is looking to make more money, and one way might be to build them a website. This revelation came from spending all day creating a promo marketing video for one of my clients. Time to get to work on my site again.

The struggle I have always had is sifting thru the "we do websites people" that are nothing more the template fillers. Getting someone that really knows their stuff is difficult. I have thought if you could really provide a turnkey from site to seo you could do really well with niche businesses. Focus on one trade and build sites for them across the country. What works for a gutter company in Montana works for a gutter company in Colorado. However a gutter company has a different market approach than a auto repair outfit. There are a lot less Gutter conpanies in an city.
