well it's only especially bad near Toronto and Vancouver. Everywhere else is just regular bad

I'm looking at a house way out in the middle of nowhere because prices are still reasonable if you're buying far away from civilization and all the jobs. Most people can't live out there. I on the other hand would very much like to fuck off to the middle of nowhere.
