🥵 yeah I think there is just hard. Every time I’m in the US I ALWAYS gain weight. Clean / real food is not easy to find there.

Yes, it’s hard to eat smart here sometimes. It’s sad that you have to go out of your way to make a conscious effort and wise food choices.

This must change. It’s crazy that it’s so difficult to do something so basic
