3. Ukrainians will stop dying
4. The pesky votes from Donbas will be gone and you will have a true Ukraine majority to run your own nation.
5. Zelensky is hated and will have to run away from Ukraine or your own people will kill him for what he did to your counrty.
6. Ukraine will never become part of NATO, which is good.
NATO is no longer needed. Putin doesn't want to take over shit you started a war on his border that ran for 8 years before he did anything.

But regarding your country staying away from this war, -- there's something else to add to this context. It was United States and Russia who forced Ukraine to decommission nuclear weapons, in 1994. There were threats (in case if Ukraine keeps the weapons), and there were promises from U.S. side. Why weren't the U.S. as agnostic back then.

Putin did announce his demands to NATO in late 2021. Keep fooling youself by saying he has no interest in conflict with NATO. The conflict is already there.
As for "isolated", -- no way it will be isolated. If Ukraine falls to putin in the way that you want it to, -- immediately after that the will be indeed a total mobilization, and the newly recruited soldiers will be used by putin to attack the neighbors on the west. This is what happened in Donbas.
