He's the recently elected president of Argentina. He's controversial because he claims to be an anarco-capitalist, and he has downsized the shite out of the government over there, so a lot of useless pencil pushers and moochers aren't happy with him, but people that actually do work, like farmers and construction workers and plumbers and shit love him because he is trimming the fat of the shit sandwich. Apparently, you can decide yourself, bit of a wild card.

I quite like the name Javier, but that's just me. I like his sideburns, don't see many people with sideburns, they seem trustworthy to me, but you can't go around basing things on someones sideburns, that wouldn't be wise.
