Cardio-heavy day with a leg-focused workout:

- 4-minute sprint

- 2-minute walk

- 4-minute sprint

- 2-minute walk

- 4-minute sprint

- 2-minute walk

This sequence was repeated until I reached 40min.

I completed 4 sets until failure on legs, focused on the hamstring
