I don't know if the honey I have right now is local, but it's definitely raw. I have chai with raw milk and honey every day.

Old pickle jar or Mason Jar with lid.

Red onion cut

Drizzle honey over it

Let it sit for 8 hours or so.

Spoonful the top for heaven. Honey thins out & takes on natural medicinal properties.

Raw milk has made my cha miles better than it ever was with pasteurized milk. I love it. I found a place to buy it just by searching Raw Milk in Google maps.
