When I go to zap a note it defaults in WoS to 199 sats. I can't increase (or decrease) it.
I can zap someone's lightning address in their profile as much as I want, but not their notes.
What am I doing wrong?
First if you test it 1,000x to my address it should resolve itself on the 1,001 attempt.
