My trick is to focus on the foot that is close to the bottom or any other area that doesn't have so much rotation, take a deep breath in my belly and within a blink of both eyes it changes. Kinda centering yourself before switching the side of the brain 🙃 .
I love this because it shows us the power of our mind! When we decide it switches it switches! 💜
