I’ve never traveled to Japan but I hear that the citizens there are much more civilized than Americans and the tech there is advanced.

I do study a bit of their medicine “Japanese Style Acupuncture” and the technique (needle insertion) is much gentler than say a Chinese or Korean style technique. Even the needle itself to insert in the body.
