It's a game of cards, quite old. I grew up with a version of it where you win the game if you manage to be exactly on zero at the end. There are many rounds where you can win and lose points on each. It's quite complicated to win the game using this strategy.
Looked up the rules. Similar to bridge (and another game that I can’t remember the name)
