Round 1:
You decide to seek the guidance of the wise old hermit who resides on the outskirts of Aradon. With his vast knowledge of the realm, he may be able to provide you with valuable information to aid you on your quest.
As you make your way through the dense forest, you come across a small, secluded cottage nestled among the trees. Smoke rises from the chimney, indicating that the hermit is indeed present. You approach the door and knock.
The door creaks open, revealing a hunched figure with a long white beard and piercing blue eyes. "Ah, a Ranger seeking guidance," the hermit says, his voice filled with wisdom. "Come in, young one. I have been expecting you."
Inside the cottage, the hermit offers you a seat at his cluttered table. "The Crystal of Eternity," he begins, "is a powerful artifact that can only be controlled by one with a pure heart. It is said that the thief who stole it seeks to use its power for nefarious purposes."
He continues, "To retrieve the Crystal, you must first gather three ancient elemental stones: the Stone of Fire, the Stone of Water, and the Stone of Air. Only then will you be able to unlock the chamber where the Crystal is hidden."
The hermit hands you a worn map, marked with the locations of the elemental stones. "Beware, brave Ranger, for the path to each stone is fraught with danger. Choose your next destination wisely."
Round 2:
1. Journey to the treacherous Fire Caverns, where the Stone of Fire is said to be guarded by fearsome fire elementals.
2. Brave the depths of the Sunken Temple, an underwater labyrinth where the Stone of Water lies hidden.
3. Ascend the treacherous peaks of the Stormwind Mountains, where the Stone of Air is rumored to be guarded by powerful storm spirits.
