I'm an altercoiner newly lurking in the background here...

Interacting with Nostr has given me a chance to better understand Bitcoin and Lightning and hopefully interact w/the Bitcoin community in a healthy way.

I find the experience renewing, because I feel I'm "in crypto" for the "right reasons" and yes, the vast majority (to me) of altcoin networks, including Ethereum are being increasingly dominated by centralized forces, funders, entities, companies, etc.
