ok but i tried to cook liver and eat it n almost threw up, im sticking to my spinach n vitamins ☹️

I can’t stand the texture of liver. I usually have a burger or rare steak.

i do it all. it has helped my hormones tremendously naturally. i bbq it with seasoning and lemon juice!
