Can't delete the system level Facebook services preinstalled on Samsung phones unless you run a custom ROM.
You can uninstall them from your user with ADB without rooting though. Worth doing.

Yes this is how I run my Samsung phones with LineageOS, no Google. Its very easy with Odin.
