what does airing my frustrations about a service have to do with the kindness I show others? we can't say an app sucks without co-founders getting butt-hurt?????

Sure, you’re free to say an app sucks. We’re also free to point out when your ‘feedback’ looks more like name-calling than actual critique! Feedback helps us improve. Insults “airing my frustrations” just says more about you than the service. There’s a difference!!!

not every one of your customers shall be oh so formal. prepare accordingly emotionally Sabina.
