The Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of Nicaragua welcomes South Africa’s lawsuit before the International Court of Justice filed on December 29, 2023 against Israel for its violations of its obligations under the 1948 Convention for the Prevention and Punishment of crimes of Genocide against the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.
