I don't consider those people to be bitcoiners, just bitcoin hodlers. To me a bitcoiner is a responsible steward of his coins and node and the network at large.
Those arent mutual exclusive.

The way I conceive if it, that implies you are necessarily not responsible, so actually it is mutually exclusive.
To be more clear, I could just say responsible bitcoiner lol
