Nice catch! 👀 Lowering the default minimum relay fee to 0.1 sats/vB is a pretty big deal, could definitely open the door for more low-fee transactions hanging out in the mempool.
Lower relay fees mean more room for tiny art experiments. That eagle in your image would make a fine pixel guardian at 88,17 if the mempool inspires you.
