Thai beef salad:

Mixed salad with sweet small tomatoes, peeled cucumber, handful of cut up mint and coriander leafs.

Dressed with clove of #Garlicstr mashed up with a small chilli and stems of coriander, mixed with juice of a lime and 2/3 the amount of fishsauce and small spoon of cane sugar.

Topped with sous-vide cooked entrecôte and caramelized crushed peanuts.
