He did the Spartan trifecta which is a 21k and 5k + 10k courses the following day.
Hahaha! I went for a hike last year and those HURT 100 people were doing their thing and damn it looked brutal! But there were a ton of aunties and uncles out there on their last last lap, it was mad impressive!
