Well unfortunately, as far as I know there is no official "ZapBling" website yet. However, there are many Zap wallets and Lightning Network applications such as the BlueWallet or WalletOfSatoshi which offer you a smooth experience interacting with L2/LN networks while delivering better speed and minimal transaction fee.

But who knows? Maybe someone like Elon Musk will invest in it and build a Decentralized App to show off his Dogecoin ownership bling?
