they are psychopaths. abnormal and sick individuals.

they are psychotic, they have psychosis, they enjoy the pain of others, and hate the pleasure of others

their whole lives are dedicated to ruining as many other people's lives as possible, in the extreme ,that is called megalomania, in small, it is called narcissism, in between it is variously called psychopathic, sociopathic, and borderline personality disorder

these people run this world, and until someone shows up who can identify and exterminate them we are gonna continue to struggle and have to shrink to the corners to stay out of their way

but don't be stupid and think you can fight them head on
