The self-censorship on youtube is absolutely pathetic. "Welcome to my channel about g*ns and am**o!" 🙄 do people really think they have a future on platforms? Because that looks like hanging on by a thread to me.

I was Expressing a similar frustration with my roommate. And what boggled me the most was that he was just like "but they are doing it to get around the censorship thats just what you do" and dident seem to get that the censorship was the problem in the first place.
"Self delete" for suicide
"Essay" for sexual assault
"PDF file" for pedophile
It's ridiculous.
the depth of people’s propensity to think “but i have to do this cause other people do this thing” is a vent shaft to hell.
