I think there is anything like what you want. In my case, in general, I try to read in different media, with different perspectives. Sometimes, some extreme but with a conscious reading. In that sense, due to the personalized nature of the timeline, it is difficult to replace Twitter. I imagine that, like me, the selection of accounts you follow was curated over years.
