He has a point even though he didn't articulate it well. We should be able to discuss this stuff in a civilized way.
I think custodial solutions will need to exist. 8 billion people can use bitcoin but we will need to use custodial solutions. I'm not talking WoS type solutions - they're too centralised.
I will always control UTxOs but most of the world won't. I'd like to find a way that they can benefit from bitcoin without having to trust a single entity.
I like the community custody model that Fedi could enable. Multiple LSPs for each Fedi then provide lightning liquidity for sats to exit & enter. There's risk for individuals in each Fedi but the risk is not systemic to the network.
