For me:

- #bitcoin-only is a form of business that focuses on Bitcoin and it's ecosystem growth, no other cryptocurrencies. But in the end it is not pure Bitcoin as it can have fiat in their balance sheet for example

- #bitcoin-first is when company operates with multiple cryptocurrencies, but advocate for Bitcoin, promote Bitcoin and their brand is about Bitcoin or they pay in Bitcoin
