My wife's company has been firing people over the last 3 months. 33% of the workforce has been let go. But they're not firing people. All communication says "involuntary separation" 🤣
I’m my bureaucratic organization they call firing/layoffs “corporate people movements” and managers say someone has “exited” or “left” rather than the old (also PC term for fired) “let go”
