I think I finally mastered the art of #steak. I’ve been good enough the past years yet something small allways eluded me and it wasn’t quite perfect.

It took me only three days of going strictly #carnivore to realise that it’s the ammount of #butter. I was playing it safe but now I know the truth there is not something as “too much butter” and today’s meal was a perfect one.
