I've heard you can file exempt with your employer, and then pinky swear to pay them. Haven't looked into that yet. Hiring on as 1099 employee is another option. We've had 1099 employees before. 1099 means they have to worry about paying their own taxes.

Thats true, but also fiat money dont encourage entreprenurship. It encourage 9 to 5, because of its nature.
